My first blog... from day (who really knows) of quarantine

This has been an incredibly overwhelming week for all of us. A virus on a rampage and suddenly becoming a homeschool teacher to my kindergartner. I know so much of us feel so isolated and alone but we are all in this madness together. How are you managing the madness?

I was able to sneak out this past week and meetup with a family. We took advantage of the gorgeous spring flowers which will be disappearing over the next few weeks as the virus hopefully dissipates as well.

This was like therapy. Getting outside and creating until sunset, singing the itsy bitsy spider while the breeze blew through the purple and yellow wildflowers. I would love to hear what you are doing to fight the loneliness, boredom and stress. What is your daily therapy? This was so good for my soul this week and I can’t wait to get back out there!
